These homeowners have been a Sonshine Roofing customer since 2012. This is the second roof we have built for them. The new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle roof in Shakewood color also features a 48 Watt Solar Power Attic Fan #686061 manufactured by Kennedy Skylights & Solar Ventilation, using the power of the sun to reduce heat buildup in the attic. New gutters were installed by Seamless Flow Water & Air Technologies, a local trade partner.
